This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings for Marriott Workation Packages may be canceled or refunded. By making a reservation on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.
Our goal is to ensure a fair and transparent process that prioritizes both guest convenience and operational efficiency across Marriott’s participating properties in India.
2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made through the official Marriott Workation India website, Marriott Bonvoy app, or by contacting the property directly using the contact details in your booking confirmation.

Each participating hotel may have specific cancellation deadlines (typically 24–72 hours before check-in).

If a booking is canceled before the specified deadline, no cancellation fee will be charged, and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.

Cancellations made after the deadline or in case of no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay or as specified by the property’s policy.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. However, timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Any transaction fees, taxes, or third-party charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

For partial cancellations or early check-outs, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the nights stayed and applicable rates.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional or discounted Workation Packages may be designated as “Non-Refundable.”

For such bookings, no refund or modification will be permitted once the reservation is confirmed.

5. Modifications and Rebooking

Guests may request a date modification or rebooking subject to room availability and applicable rate differences.

Additional fees may apply if the new dates fall under higher seasonal rates or special events.

Modifications are not permitted for non-refundable reservations.
6. Early Departure / No-Show Policy

Guests who check out early or fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date (no-show) will be charged according to the property’s policy, which may include forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Marriott’s control, flexible cancellation terms may apply. Guests will be notified of available options, including rescheduling, credit vouchers, or refunds as applicable.
